Things took a very long time. Interviews were fine, but then there was a short programming quiz plus a take-home project that took SEVERAL DAYS of work to complete. In the end they said that they did want to hire me, but had 'burnt out' doing some kind of closed beta and couldn't hire anyone for the next 3/6 months. Complete waste of time.
