Emancipet interview questions

Come in for a work interview to get some insight on several different roles in the work place. There is HPS, Surgery Tech, Assistant Surgery Tech, and Recovery. Usually its a group or a small number of other people that comes in for a work interview so the group will split up and shadow an experienced worker in their respective role to see how they do there role for about an hour and afterwards get called for 1 on 1 interview about the work interview.

Extremely disorganized company with no formal HR team. Team members showed up to video calls in pajamas and hoodies—no sense of professionalism whatsoever. Conversations were awkward, dry, and felt like flat-out interrogations rather than interviews due to the calls with 3+ team members trying to speak at the same time. Not to mention, the salary range was extremely low given the skills they expected candidates to possess. If you’re despertare for a job, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
