After you apply for the job, you may or may not get called for an enterview. There are two interviews: general and departmental. If you pass the general, you pass on to the departmental interview. They will ask about your personality traits, hobbies, work experience, how you would handle certain situtations, and so forth. So make sure you know who you are and pick your strongest traits. Also, dress professionally. If you don't know how, google is your bestfriend.

After you apply, they call your references. If they like what they hear from your reference, they call you in for an interview. They call you back into a conference room and seat you with a number of other interview candidates. When I interviewed, there were 2-3 supervisors and about 12 interviewees (interviewing for a variety of positions: Tour Guide; Food Service; Reception, etc.). They went around the table and asked us various questions and asked us to recite a "Spiel" for Graceland.
