I was found on Monster.com. After a telephone call, I was asked to fly from Taiwan (where I was living at the time) to Irvine for the interview. I was interviewed by the company owners, and was then turned over to the managers responsible for quality, purchasing, engineering, human resources, etc. They also found a Chinese person to check my Chinese fluency. I was offered the job by lunchtime of the first day.
