It was easy, nothing else to say. I did enjoy my time there but would not go back. The interview was straight forwards I suggest having experience. Don’t be scared
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Elme Communities (Washington, DC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was interviewed by the entire team that I would be working with. To me, this represented excellent inclusion, and gave each team member the chance to voice their opinion and ask questions. I was also interviewed by members of the executive team, which gave me the chance to learn about the management style and culture in the company. Each interview was thorough but not overwhelming. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind, and asked excellent questions. Each interviewer gave me the opportunity to ask about the company and help me understand the business.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Elme Communities (Washington, DC) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very pleasant, felt as if I was developing connections with the individuals at The Company during the interview process itself. Good mix of 1) questions involving prior work experience and 2) casual conversation about non-work related topics. Felt as if I had found my next job about halfway through the first interview - it just feels like a place you want to be.
