Elmcrest Children's Center interview questions

Simple, short, asked brief summary of resume, why I am a good fit for elmcrest, availability, interests, expectations of internship, asked for my talents and weaknesses, how i will overcome weaknesses, what my major is, why I am pursuing elmcrest, any questions

Pretty long, lots of questions, but very informative. 1st interview was with only 2 people, then the second interview was with like 6 which was alot but not too bad.
