Easy interview process. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in becoming a DSP. Highly recommend the people who work there as well. They are kind and helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed to be successful in the company.
Simple, short, asked brief summary of resume, why I am a good fit for elmcrest, availability, interests, expectations of internship, asked for my talents and weaknesses, how i will overcome weaknesses, what my major is, why I am pursuing elmcrest, any questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Elmcrest Children's Center (East Syracuse, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Pretty long, lots of questions, but very informative.
1st interview was with only 2 people, then the second interview was with like 6 which was alot but not too bad.
