Great interview. Main focus is on excel examination. Pretty simple and very casual. The second interview was more about you and what you can bring to the table with your background

Interview
Round 1 was with primary manager. Round 2 was upper management. Round 3 was a group interview that was very easy and more of "get to know you" than an interview. Usually you were interviewed in groups of two after the initial phone interview.
