I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ellucian in Mar 2016
Interview
There are couple of rounds and it takes couple of days. After completing all the rounds they used to tell candidate is selected and they are checking with their stake holders and they will not update anything further, poor management. They just don't update further.complete wastage of time. They repeatedly do such thing with the candidate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't use any product in depth.
not a place for expert nor a place to get expertise
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ellucian (Reston, VA)
Interview
Prompt and efficient. No wasted time. Answered all my questions. Treated me with respect. Best interview process I have experienced. I met with different levels of people (i.e. team members and manager level) during separate interviews so each could be focused on the proper content.
I applied for UI Developer profile and got a call for a f2f interview. They were hiring for java and ui developer. First round was a written technical round common for both java and UI. It consisted of all aptitude and JAVA spring hibernate questions. Out of 30 questions only two questions were UI related , on jquery. After years of experience in complete ui development and javascript , how can they expect ui people to answer questions on hibernate, hashedmap and tree map. Most pathetic selection procedure I ever saw. Time waste.
