Professional process with each step laid out ahead of time. I had a 30 min screen with the hiring manager and then two rounds of Zoom interviews covering behavioral and technical topics. I then came on-site to do a presentation. Final round before offer was meeting each of the founders. Everyone was very personable and communicated well.

Interview
The process was smooth and well coordinated. I had multiple rounds of Zoom interviews. First was with the hiring manager, followed by interview with tech lead, collaborative interview for design review and take home assignment, which was presented to the team. I received a lot of great input for my take home assignment and hiring manager was eager to provide more info. All interview rounds were really pleasant, with low pressure and warm atmosphere.
