The supervisor for the role was nice enough, but instead of talking about my skills or the position, they mostly rambled on about the company, their personal life, and other random stuff. It felt more like a casual chat than an actual interview, making me wonder if they were even interested in my qualifications. When I asked about the culture and team dynamics, I got a vague, all-over-the-place answer, almost like the question didn’t really matter.
