Elkem Group interview questions

I would say it was one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced. First, they would love to have candidates interview on site, in Oslo, however, they expected you to pay for all the travel expenses. When it came to the round with VP, they questioned your commitment and motivation, Secondly, they did not fully respect candidates. In my case, they asked quite a lot of questions regarding privacy, which was NOT professional AT ALL. (like how many kids your parents have? what is your parents doing for living, etc) Lastly, if ELKEM group only prefer LOCAL talents, please DO NOT WASTE other candidates' time.

good , average , professional, advanced process . you need a good experience at least 1 to 2 years . manual and automation testing . good knowledge of agile methodology . good knowledge of software testing processes .
