I went through 5 rounds of interviews, including a take home assignment, took over a month and a half throughout the whole process, only to not advance. I just do not understand the need to waste both employee's and applicants' time like this.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elixir Technologies in Sept 2025
Interview
I applied directly on their site because I checked every box on their job description, and actually bring 5 years experience vs. the 2-3 requested. I quickly (within 2 days) was invited to interview. The recruiter asked me to tell a bit about myself and experience as it relates to the position. The interview was conversational. The recruiter was nice. Two days later I got the basic canned email saying "unfortunately [for you] we're considering other candidates." It was a decent experience overall.

Initial phone screen for Product Engineering Director. The recruiter was positive and there appeared to be an opportunity for Product. There may have been a late stage candidate in the pipeline already.
