Apply on career website. Telephonic round after many rescheduled. Some senior person from operation team were on call...ask so many irrelevant questions. After 30 minutes of call, i felt that he was intrested to hire me or he didn't know much about the process.

it was a brief one on one interview with the CEO. His focus was on finding the right cultural/personality fit and understanding the existing skill set. It also included a brief screening with the HR team. It was relatively relaxed one, more of a conversation to figure how would one fit in and what value add was possible to both the parties.
