(1) Stage 1 - personality test; done less than 15mins
(2) Stage 2 - interview level 1 with the Hiring Manager (1 to 1);
- we discussed about past experience, skills, understanding about job requirement. After that, had to follow-up with HR PIC regarding the 1st iv result as they provided no timeline/expected duration if successful for the 2nd iv.
- once pass this stage, there will be 2nd iv. They provided a task (eg; 15 mins presentation). As informed by them, there will be panel of interviewer (hiring manager, GM of dept. COO) for the 2nd iv
- the task was to propose on how to improve declining conversion over steady footfall. Not sure if the topic was for an Executive or for a Manager level
(3) 3rd stage - interview level 2;
- surprisingly there was no COO or GM attended as informed, only the Hiring Manager (as told, they had to attend a meeting)
- the whole session was conducted in 30mins (from start to end)
