Elite Placement Group interview questions

I first connected with Elite Placement a few months ago. I did an initial phone screening and was submitted for a few roles. I followed up via email but never heard back. A couple weeks later, I applied to an Elite Placement Group job posting on LinkedIn. I reached out via email to the main recruiter I had connected with in the hopes that he'd reply back to me. A different recruiter replied and we chatted on the phone for 5 minutes about this new role. She told me it wouldn't take long to get an update (1-2 days). A few days passed so I emailed that recruiter to ask if there were any updates about the job. No reply. Not impressed that they couldn't get back to me twice in a row.
