Got a response within hours of submitting my application and they called me numerous times (within the span of 1 day) to schedule me for an interview. The office was nothing like the picture on the website. It is not a very nice place. The marketing positions are on site sales basically and the team is all super young, not very professional looking. The interviewer took 3 mins to interview me before inviting me for a second round interview which seemed extremely odd to me as I do not have much of a marketing background. When I asked about the pay and told them what I was looking to make, they told me no problem but later I found out that they wanted to start me on a much lower "management training" salary and go from there... The quality of other people interviewing did not look very high. Also, the interviewer told me that the receptionist would be in touch with me that same afternoon to let me know the time for the second round interview the following day and I did not receive a phone call until 9pm at night. I did not go back for the second round.
