I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Elite Ambulance (Gurnee, IL)
Interview
I went through one interview in person, other EMTs have had an interview over Zoom. Unsure if this is based on location, the team was easy to connect with and super responsive. I did not submit a resume beforehand, I just needed my certifications and proof they were all up to date.

Question 1
The one interview I attended felt like a medium-stakes conversation with classic interview questions like "tell me about yourself", etc... I've heard of some interviewers asking logic questions (how many ___ would fit inside ___)...
I applied online. I interviewed at Elite Ambulance
Interview
The interview was pretty short. Nice people. They asked about my certifications and my availability to work. That's about it. They were eager to help work around my school schedule for orientation and told me they would call me back with more information. I called them back 3 times since they never called back. Still no information about orientation. I understand they had to change things around to work around my schedule but at least let people know the situation and call back if you tell them you will, otherwise it feels like they're wasting peoples time. Seems like they didn't really care about helping me out.
simple and smooth, absolutely fair question and enough time to answer everything that's been asked. The only thing was that I didn't quite understand how some questions related to the post.this made it
