Teams interview first, second interview on site and third round was visit to site and a one to one with several of the management team. Really open and honest process, feedback at each stage. Clear about the role and challenges created by previous incumbent.

Verbal reasoning test, followed by a myers briggs type survey. Was really refreshing to be able to meet so many potential future colleagues during the process.
