As per the other reviews, thought it went pretty well and agreed during the call on a definitive feedback within 2/3 days but then they disappeared and never came back to me.
After a few weeks of silence, finding their behavior really unprofessional, I wrote them again and in response got an automatic and cold rejection letter after 10 min - what a joke, not recommended

Question 1
Basic questions like why do you want to work for Eliq, how would a day in your role look like, past achievements etc
1st round was to fill in a questionnaire with 30 questions, within 3 days. Felt a bit unserious. Many of these questions should be in a dialogue and not a google form. Felt like they were just collecting data so someone else could do the work.
