Everything was very straightforward and routine. I was asked about my experiences and qualifications, reviewed the job requirements that appear on the job listing, and was asked if I had any questions. All in all, an easy and quick interview with a quick follow up.

Very basic, asked about my experience with children and individuals with disabilities (autism, down syndrome, CP, etc). Interviewer was a long time employee and asked about educational background. After the interview, I heard back only a few days later. I accepted the offer and then was scheduled for training right away.
