Email, then phone call. Hiring manager said he had two roles he wanted to bring me onsite to discuss as soon as possible...someone in HR will contact me in a couple days. Weeks went by...no contact. I sent a thank you for your time email on week 2, then a just checking in email on week 3. Then a month later I got an auto response that I had not been selected. This is the third time I've had a bad interview experience. I won't waste my time again.
