standard process like any other big company. First round was with HR, second round with technical, followed by leaders and then HR. Process was very straightforward like any other company.
Initially a screening call with HR to check your experience is correct for the role. Then a competency based interview, with questions based more on previous experiences with team members and how to handle difficult situations; questions on coping with new tools and techniques.

The initial screening was positive & I was called for a remote interview. The HR was very prompt and professional in scheduling the interview. The interview, however, was fully centered around the behavioral questions. I answered all the questions very well without any issues. There were absolutely no technical questions asked. For some reason, I felt that they didn’t want a senior and experienced candidate, but carried through with the process regardless!
