I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Jan 2023
Interview
I applied online, hiring manager reached out about a month later for a quick initial phone call. It lasted only about 15 min, but she told me I’d hear from HR after the company’s winter shutdown. After the New Year, I had an in-person interview scheduled a couple weeks later. It was only about an hour & a half total (two 45 min interviews with 2 managers each). It felt pretty relaxed and the interviewers were very attentive to me & my responses. Almost all questions were STAR format, besides getting asked “Why Lilly?” and why I chose my majors. The interviews both ended early. They sent me an offer a few hours after my interview ended.
