I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2019
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by a skills test in which you demonstrated your capabilities as a medical writer. The in-person interview followed, and was two back-to-back interviews with a panel of 3-4 people asking questions. Everyone was very nice and open to discussion. It was a comfortable environment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about past work as a writer and about what role I had as an author to my publications.
I was really excited for this role but the Hiring Manager spent the entire time telling me how they were really looking for someone better and they'd get back to me if they didn't find that person.

Question 1
Just kept telling me how they'd need to see if they found a better fit.
pretty good and smooth, The process is chill and relaxing. very friendly to be honest. Be prepared for the interview and make sure you have a good background you will get a very good result.
Time consuming. I had to perform a writing task which took about 4 hours, as a pre interview screening tool. Once past this stage, the interview was arranged. The interview was well conducted.
