Question 1
Mostly easy behavioral questions especially since your presentation already displays your expertise in the field to them. One thing might be, why lilly or why industry (I came from academia)?
The interview questions were fair and professional, mainly drawing on experience and projects described on my CV. The entire interview consisted of several meetings with the PI, other Research Scientists, and Associate Biologists for about half an hour per group/individual.
