I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Passed the ridiculous online assessment then got a call 4 weeks later finally. The interviewer said Lilly was in a rush to fill the position and asked the most basic questions; Call lasted 6 minutes. Was told I would get an email or call to set up an interview the following week. I haven't heard back for any interview but I have a friend that works there and she told me if you aren't an early career professional(2-3 years out of college), minority, or LGBT then Lilly doesn't want you. Lilly has not impressed me at all with the hiring process and maybe not getting that call back is the best thing that happened to me.

Interview
All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.

Very straightforward, behavioral interview followed by a panel interview. They want to get to know you better and how you interact with others. At some point it was a natural conversation. Would recommend
