I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Aug 2018
Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter which was straight forward. Discussed past work experience, education etc. at a very top line level. Two weeks later, met with two district managers (one which oversaw the territory I interviewed for). Laid back and relaxed environment in a hotel lobby. Gave an overview of resume and answered situational questions. Lasted about 45 minutes. Once moved forward from the face to face interview, I had a 10 minute phone call with the district manager who asked a few situational questions and then directed me to call two people from his team for a casual conversation. The other sales reps that I spoke with were welcoming of the phone call and talked for 30-45 minutes. Good opportunity to get their perspective on the company and position.
