Interview
Initial screening took awhile. The interview was a single skype conversation. Received an offer a couple of weeks after that. Lilly had a really great recruiter who was very active throughout the entire process.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with ambiguity.
Interview quite smooth and easy, nothing negative, quite positive experience. Manager quite nice, not so technical so quite good. Just need to be yourself and don't be too scared, it should be alright.

Interview
Two interviewers, began by asking me to go through my resume, then begin answering a series of 5-6 STAR method questions. Both interviewers were sitting on opposite sides of me and were taking notes on sheets prepared before-hand with the questions listed.

Describe a situation where you were able to bring about a positive change.
During the interview they took a quick glance about my studies and work experience. Interview was more focused in my abilities, skills, how I would react to certain situations and so on.
