all behavioral star (situation, task, action, and result) format questions. mostly asking about specific situations, name a time examples. There were not many questions regarding the specific job. It was difficult to know what exactly they were looking for and it felt difficult that they were not transparent during the interview process. I am a current employee so perhaps it will be different outside of Lilly.
