It was good at first then turned out to be sour. The HR was quick to respond to my application and shortlisted me for an interview. After some arrangements, I managed to attend an online interview with the assistant manager. I was required to complete a written assignment before the interview. The interview itself was good for me. I managed to answer all the questions and the manager seemed happy with my presentation.
But dunno why, they did not shortlist me. What I don't like towards the end is that HR ghosted me. I sent him follow-ups via WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn after 1 week but he didn't even reply. That is so unprofessional. You don't respect the candidate's time for going through the interview process at all. You should have the basic courtesy to update interviewees if they are selected for the role or not. Can't imagine the working culture here cause the manager openly admitted that the company uses TimeDr to track performance.
