Technical coding interview, live coding LeetCode-style problem Overall a great experience, even though I didn't pass. Both people I spoke with were genuinely nice and made the interviews feel collaborative rather than intimidating. The technical interviewer was supportive and let me think through the problem without adding unnecessary pressure. The coding problem was challenging but fair, a medium algorithmic question with a practical twist. They're looking for strong problem-solving AND the ability to translate that into clean, working code quickly.
