Very easy and open interview process. Usually run by another intern in charge of hiring. Just make sure not to get too sidetracked. Also ask more questions about the actual work life if you are in person.
Pretty simple and straightforward application process. Applied and got an email scheduling a zoom session for about fifteen to twenty minutes. No cover letter or supporting documents needed, just a resume.

Experiences regarding politics and interest in elevation
Absolutely disrespectful and questioned my finances mid interview. What turned me off about it was that it was “student run” and I hadn’t been a student for a year. Even when I declined, he called me to question why I did. Very unprofessional and really pushed the boundary. Has a history of gaslighting his peers around him too. Glad I avoided this opportunity and landed myself a paying position.
