15 minute phone screen, followed by 30 minute behavioral interview. All was conducted remotely and had usual questions and an opportunity to ask questions as well. Would say it was about an average interview.

Question 1
Just general questions about experience and how you would go about solving basic configuration issues within Salesforce.
Two Interviews, the first was a interview with the hiring manager and went well. The next was a technical assessment that was not technical at all so it is probably more focused on presentation skills.
Everyone I interviewed with seemed great. I think there was a little confusion about what position they were trying to fill but it looks like they ironed that out via an updated job description.

Interview
Half Hour Interview with Vice President. Discussed work history and approach. I felt there was likely a disconnect on the specifics of this job, but was disappointed to receive no response at all after the interview, especially as I had multiple contacts I wanted to share if they did pass me over. Seemed like a great job, but not for me. Wish they'd taken the time to follow back.
