I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Elevated Remodeling (Newark, DE) in Dec 2025
Interview
Interview process was simple and easy. The sales manager was professional and answered all questions. They made me feel that I would enjoy working at the company, and with the sales team they have.

Question 1
They asked me various questions regarding my belief in my ability to commit to the rigors of what being an in-home sales representative requires.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elevated Remodeling (Pennsville, NJ) in Nov 2021
Interview
First the owner asked me to change seats in the conference room, which definitely didn't matter. From the beginning it felt like a power move. After the first 10 minutes of the interview the owner (interviewer) left to go get more papers for the next half. Instead of having them with him so he could make me wait and when he came back after about 5 minutes (not that big of an office) he came back with a protein shake and talked to me about how much protein, carbs, and fat were in it... instantly gave me frat boy vibes. Lastly the hours were something along the lines of 9-7:30 with a one hour lunch break. Honestly it was a debacle. On the phone they promote the "ping pong table" and the "putting strip" they have in the office, but what's the point of it if you never get to use it. Last thing I'd want to do after my 12 hour on foot work day is any of that.

Question 1
Do those hours work for you? (speaking on 9am-7pm hours)
