Interview
The interview process started with a one-way interview through a software called SparkHire and then I did a business case. There was no human contact in the first two rounds of the process. Felt this was not ideal for people to showcase their skills and who they were beyond output

Long and the recruiter won't get back to you in a timely manner. However, the interviewers were kind during the interview. Just wish they would have let me know I didn't get it earlier.
