The overall interview experience was rather quick, taking a week and half total. I was scheduled to meet with 4 individuals during a 4-hour time block. Each interviewer asked questions based on their interaction with the role, and what they would like to see I the candidate that filled the role. While quite a few questions were skill-based and tested my knowledge & understanding, many of the questions were behavioral. I believe this to be the case because the role was fairly new, as the company works to go public.
