I was contacted two days after applying and interviewed that week. The interview went very well and I was told I had an offer on the table and that HR would be contacting me soon. After a month I contacted them and they said I didn't meet qualifications. I am a Physician Assistant with a Master's degree and I didn't "meet qualifications"... HR at Anthem clearly does not know anything about healthcare or what providers roles are in Healthcare. They look over qualified employees because they don't fit in a specific box. Horrible experience.
