Although the online application was a bit off-putting (sample question: "This position requires the ability to execute effectively both at a tactical and strategic level to support a critical line of business and customer base. Please provide an example of your experience as it relates to this requirement.")...the in-person interview was quite the opposite. I met with 2 members of the team initially, then they left and I met with the group manager. The 3 of them did most of the talking, explaining what the position entailed, etc.
