I had a few emails back and forth with the hiring manager and then a follow-up phone interview. Next I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and the small team of members I would be working with over the next year.

Question 1
Describe a difficult situation at work and how you handled it.
Initial Screening followed by 30-60mins interview. Whole process takes up to 4-6weeks. Overall interview process was not overwhelming, if you have solid healthcare knowledge you can crack it, depending on the requirement.
It was great. The interview was very friendly. After getting the job the team was very helpful. The whorl was great the team helped each other out in every situation to understand the issue and take it forward.

Explain past experience and how it’s related to current work.
Hiring manager not sure about when they are going to hire someone. Just started window shopping for the right candidate. Ghosted after interview. Looking for superhuman. They wanted a data, PO and BA all in one person. Too much demands.
