Two steps over one week and a good process. First a screening and then with the team which was insightful and interesting. They suggested they would be very nice to work with.

The interview was great! The interviewer (Regional) Manager for the Care Management position made me feel comfortable, it was personable, and I was able to relax and enjoy speaking with the Manager. The issue was the disorganized communicationfrom Elevance Health. The virtual assistant company they utilize to schedule, follow up and communicate the offer may be the WORST virtual assistant companies! This made the experience an horrible experience which was ultimately my deciding factor on declining the offer. I felt like the company had mismanagement and was highly disorganized which is not an environment I would like to work in.

Organizational skills. Handling demanding members. Prioritizing caseload. Comfortability with home visits, face to face visits, and traveling.
The first interview is a phone screening and the second interview is a panel with 3 other people. After the second interview I was completely ghosted and received no response to my email thanking them for their time. It was very frustrating to go through 2 interviews and for them to not have the respect to let me know they weren’t moving forward. I accepted a position with another company.
