The interview was a formative experience with a mix of both broad general questions in addition to more technical, role oriented lines of inquiry. Overall the process was good, and I was appreciative of the interviewers and the entire process in general.

Please describe a situation where you failed and how did you react?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Bloomington, IN) in Sept 2014
Interview
I went to an on-campus information session for the company and was later invited back for a speed-dating style networking event where I got to talk to many members of the department. After that, I was invited for an interview, which ended up being two back-to-back interviews. The first was more of a behavioral interview, which included a resume overview as well as a couple of brain teaser questions. The second was more of a general conversation to evaluate cultural fit.
