Interviewed by HR- the person was not kind and welcoming to Anthem on the phone. The company did not show well through HR. Offered the role and turned it down because HR kept making promises about the return call and etc. Nothing! Then offered and turned down because after 6 weeks I found another job. I was surprised that a company of this size has such a poor hiring practice. If candidates a re re suppose to be responsive should we not expect the same UI n the interview process? Or has Anthem gotten so big they don't need people?
