1 hour video interview (technical): panel of 4-people. asked lots of technical questions.
45 min video interview with hiring manager's peers : Leadership/behavior questions
30 min final leadership video interview.
Overall, very negative experience starting with the recruiter, directors, all the way to the division leader. Recruiter does not communicate between interviews unless candidate asks for information. There is no agenda or structure to these interviews.
