Elephant interview questions

I met with a creative director, the VP of product, and the office manager (culture lead?). Each asked me standard questions such as how do you normally work with designers, how do you deal with setbacks, etc. everyone was friendly and the office space was really cool.

A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin asking me if I would be interested in the client coordinator position. After my last round of interview, the recruiter said she'll follow up with me on the status of my application. Days past and she never did, I had to follow up several times in the following weeks and still didn't hear from her. Even if I a candidate didn't get the position, recruiters should let the candidate know the status of their application, especially when they say they would and the recruiters reached out to you first. I find this experience very unprofessional.
