Easy interview process, standard operating procedure overall, but HR was slow to the punch in communicating, scheduling and offering clarity on next steps. Hopefully they can smooth out the process for future candidates.

Interview
They explored everything: driving psychological safety, collaborating across regions, motivating underperforming teams, uplifting cross-vendor accountability, handling difficult personalities, decision-making under pressure, and maintaining humility while leading global transformation.
Ultimately, it wasn’t the hardest task ever—staying authentic, grounded, and aligned with purpose made the entire conversation flow naturally.
I had an initial chat with TA, followed by 2 rounds of Teams interviews with hiring managers. Quite informal discussion, going through my cv and with some role specific questions.
