I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2020
Interview
First I had a phone screening interview with HR and we scheduled a video call interview with the director. After two interviews with the director, I had a fourth interview with two developers and a designer. We went over my portfolio and I've been asked a few technical programming questions. After each interview, I sent follow-up emails and thanked them for their time which they never replied to. I didn't hear back after the fourth interview at all. They were going to get back to me two weeks after the fourth interview and they just didn't bother replying back to my follow up emails. After two months, they sent me a general template email that I was rejected. During that two months, my LinkedIn was ghosted by EA employees. It was very unprofessional.

Interview
A lot interviews in a row. Had 5 interviews, 4 of them just on consecutive days in the evening (different timezone) after my regular job. They were very fast to set those up as quickly as possible but I never got a result. After waiting 1 month I send a mail to get any information but never got a reply. Found out later that the role title was changed and then closed.
