I applied directly online through a word-of-mouth employee referral (I wasn't formally referred in the system or anything) and had a screening call with a recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager, and then an onsite at headquarters which involved 5 relatively friendly one-on-ones which were followed by lunch with someone not very friendly also within the Finance Org.

Overall it was well thought out and covered a lot of bases. I felt the topics being asked for were trying to get a sense of my attention to detail, financial modeling, and likeability.

Tech skills oriented, concepts tested and communication/behaviour skills tested. Friendly interview process to make applicants comfortable. In finance roles, usual testing is round excel, power BI, accounting concepts and company financials

A bit lengthy. Phone screen by Talent Acquisition which included typical questions about background and experience. The following interviews were more STAR based and scripted but still relaxed. There were about 4 rounds of interviews and the whole process took nearly a month to complete.
