Simple. Not restricted to only Gaming experience. They also have a testing phase of the selected individuals for a week where you are expected to perform at the level of an associate working on the floor.

Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
