I want to express my disappointment with the interview process I recently experienced with Electrolux Professional. After an initial promising and productive interview with HR Director & VP Business transformation, I was left with the impression that there was a good opportunity to progress in the hiring process. However, unfortunately, since then, I have not received any communication from human resources team.
Following the interview, I understood that I would receive a response or update on the status of my application within a reasonable timeframe. However, weeks have passed since then, and I have not heard anything. Even after following up on my own to obtain information about the progress of my application, I have not received any response.
This lack of communication and follow-up has left me in an uncomfortable and confusing situation. As a candidate, I value transparency and professionalism in recruitment processes, and this experience has raised doubts about Electrolux Professional's commitment to those values, particularly regarding "Respect," "Ethics," and "Integrity" as their saying in their website.
I understand that the hiring process can be complex and that setbacks can occur, but clear and timely communication is essential to maintain the trust and respect of candidates.
I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken into consideration to improve recruitment processes at Electrolux Professional. All candidates deserve to be treated with respect and consideration, regardless of the final outcome of their applications.
