Two rounds of interviews with two aptitude tests in basic mathematics and spatial awareness. Interviews were mostly based on personal qualities and fit with only a few technical question on how the energy grid works in Ireland.

2 inhperson interviews and a few tests - personality, aptitude and quantitative. But have not heard back, it's been over a month now! Simply questions asked but would I have been ghosted, even after sending 2 follow-up emails. Which is really unprofessional. Did not expect this at all.
